This is probably the single most offensive waiver I have ever seen. You do the work, they want the copyright and they grant you license to use your photos on your portfolio. The controlling of social media was an interesting clause. Shame they covered all the legal angles at the price of insulting photographers. Sadly I bet it was full of gullible photographers.

Wow, that's one heck of a waiver. The originating photographers are even expected to police the copyright of said photograph even though they don't own it? Truly ridiculous. It takes a lot to stand up for what you believe, hopefully more photographers will follow in your footsteps.

Sounds totally acceptable to me. How much were they paying and of course they pay for all photographic materials and the use of your equipment plus the costs of processing and printing. They sign your waiver that they will only use these images in promoting the Center and for no other purpose.. right?

So maybe a flat $1,000.00 fee plus film related expenses and transportation costs. When do you get their check?
